CIDCO, or the City and Industrial Development Corporation, recently launched more than 4,100 flats. Under the scheme of mass housing in Navi Mumbai, CIDCO announced the launching of about 4,158 affordable flats. These affordable flats are up for grabs at Dronagiri, Kalamboli, Taloja, and Kharghar nodes.

Step 1-

Step 2-
New users need to register themselves.
Step 3-
The user will be redirected to the applicable registration form to enter the factual details, such as mobile number, so that the user can be communicated with in the future.

Step 4 involves furnishing the user’s PAN card, Aadhaar card, and bank details in case of refunds. The passport-sized photo of the applicant and a canceled cheque are also necessary for this step.

After the registration confirmation, the user will be redirected to a screen to see the uploaded documents approved by CIDCO. This may take the user around 24 hours.
Step 6-
The ‘Apply’ option will appear after the documents are approved. Once selected, the user will need to note down the code number. Then, from the drop-down menu, the scheme option can be selected.
Step 7-
The user is allowed to apply for the scheme under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana.

Once the user selects the applicant type, the user can further apply for the scheme individually and jointly. If the user wants to do it jointly, they can enter the basic details and PAN card information to be approved by the CIDCO officers.
Step 9-
The user is instructed to select the allotment preferences. Read the terms and conditions to see whether the user will be interested in other schemes.
Step 10-
The user will confirm the application and the lottery details. To make the payment, the user may use a credit card, net banking, or NEFT/RTGS. The user is advised to get the printout of the acknowledgment slip and sign the applicable places with the applicant’s photograph intact. Get the slip uploaded and proceed to make the payment.
